Part of leadership training is about teaching you the power to influence those around you. You will learn how to motivate your team and how to discriminate between good and bad sources of power, and between strong and weak methods of influence.

This course helps you increase awareness through practice and straightforward feedback. Leadership Coaching is a developmental process where a leader gets tailored help from a coach to help them achieve a goal and become a more effective leader. My role is to help remove the obstacles that stand in the way of the leader attaining their goals.
